Could use some improvements

The instruments is good, but I think that this song needs 2 things!
1. It's a somewhat repetitive (it's a longer song original)
2. You should have added all the chords in the song and it would be a really good remix! This song change chords all the time and right now it's not so good when it miss them.

I would say that this was a lol-song, but in-fact, I like it! Really made me happy =D This is my favorite song in the Donkey Kong series, and I would like to see you improving this. Maybe adding a part where it goes a little higher than normal and improvises a little more ;)

Made me happy =) Really liked the quality in this song and you made a great job making a modern version on it.
The only thing I didn't like is that the looping wasn't good.

Not as good as the original

Exactly as the title says. If I hadn't heard the original I would have really enjoyed this remix, but since I have it's not close yet. The strings couldn't keep up with the epic sounds of the original.

I must agree that the violin does sound rather bad when mixed with the rest of the sounds, I wish I had a better synth at the time. The keyboard I used had some good sounds, but the strings seemed a little fake (at least the violin). However, this was all rendered in one pass with a performance patch. Given the quality of the keyboard and the fact it was my first real recording, I think it came out rather well.
